Instructional PowerPoint Information
In the following sections the reader will find the actual PowerPoint presentations that were used during instruction for the lessons and units that are featured in this portfolio.
· The instructional PowerPoint presentations were shown via my personal computer and LCD projector (often projections were made onto blackboards or walls when screens were not available; in classrooms where no power was available, students viewed the presentations in small groups on a 17-inch monitor). The PowerPoints were designed to be viewed in full-screen mode and they contain animations, pictures, audio clips, and video clips. While the school had more than one LCD projector in its computer room, teachers had to visit the computer room with their classes or go through some unclear process to check them out.
